The Sheherazad truck, serving "Ancient Eats on the City Streets", focuses on traditional Persian cooking. Chef and co-owner Burke Weston, who previously cooked at Hamersley's Bistro, has been working on a menu highlighting roast lamb, yogurt-grilled chicken, and kubba, a fried dumpling kibbeh of lamb and bulgur wheat.

The menu varies considerably, with new dishes added as ingredients change with the seasons.
